Dan’s professionalism is widely known in the area, as attested by the many referrals he receives each year from professional groups such as law firms, accountants, property managers, residential agents, and property owners and tenants who value his win-win approach to commercial real estate.

With more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and having completed more than 1,000 commercial real estate transactions, Dan can give his clients the security that their best interests will be managed in a professional manner, as anticipation and attention to detail are emphasized.

Dan has earned a very loyal client base, with some relationships extending more than 30 years. In addition, Dan remains active in local non-profits. He and his wife Rosemary have four adult children and one grandson.
