Dan Ferrick brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and an entrepreneur’s eye to help his clients maximize their real estate success. He works on both Landlord/Seller and Buyer/Tenant sides of the transaction and is versed in all property types, including retail, industrial, office, and multifamily investments.
He has helped businesses take the leap into their dream commercial space and has worked with clients such as CorePower Yoga, Kiva Cowork, Orange Theory Fitness, Tino’s Deli, Starbucks, Little Caesar’s, Rincon Brewery, Fluidstance, Mosaic Locale, Sprouts, Fedex, Keller Williams Real Estate, and many others. Negotiating the right deal, analyzing the financial models, and guiding his clients to make the right decisions are important to Dan’s work and outcomes.
He started his Real Estate career in Denver, Colorado at Colliers International and, shortly after, moved to Gibbons-White Commercial in Boulder for 14 years. After moving to Santa Barbara, he worked with as a commercial broker for more than 10 years with Central Coast Real Estate and Compass Real Estate. He also co-founded Kiva Cowork, a co-office business with three locations in Santa Barbara that hosts many startups, entrepreneurs, and business leaders in the community. He was CEO of Kiva from 2016-2020 and is currently Director of Real Estate.
