Kristopher has been active in commercial real estate across the South Coast since 2003. He has been instrumental in deals spanning the entire spectrum of commercial real estate, successfully representing both local and national clients. Kristopher is consistently among the most active brokers in the region and received the Pacific Coast Business Times 40 Under 40 Award in 2013.

Before entering the commercial real estate field, Kristopher was a part of UBS/PaineWebber’s Specialized Equity Transaction Group. Kristopher has been able to thrive in the team environment at Hayes Commercial Group through his commitment to service and integrity, his understanding of the commercial and capital markets, and his skill in both analytical and creative approaches to the deal process.
