Christos Celmayster was born and raised in Santa Barbara and has been selling and leasing investment and commercial real estate in the greater Santa Barbara County since 2002. Christos has quickly built a reputation for integrity, deal production, and superior client service. His unique breadth of real estate experience ranges from commercial investment sales, multifamily sales and development sales, to large office and industrial leasing.

Prior to commercial real estate, Christos worked for one of the nation’s largest syndicators of tax credit equity for the affordable housing industry. This real estate experience, coupled with his degree in real estate finance, assists his clients in their investment and leasing decisions. Christos is a proactive agent with the expertise and peripheral vision that ensures his clients’ needs are effectively and expeditiously satisfied.

Christos has been involved in the sale or leasing of more than 1,650,000 square feet of commercial space with a total value exceeding $470 million.
