One of the partners and owners of Hayes Commercial Group, Greg Bartholomew has been actively involved in the Santa Barbara commercial real estate market since 1992. Over the past 30 years, Greg has been directly involved in more than 850 transactions, totaling more than 8 million square feet and $850 million in transaction volume. He is one of the most productive commercial brokers on the South Coast.
Greg’s expertise is based around landlord and tenant representation, using his knowledge of the market and experience with long-term clients for lease negotiations. He consistently represents many of the area’s large office and R&D properties. In addition, several of the region’s publicly-traded firms and private companies trust Greg to represent them in their commercial real estate ventures. Greg is also proactive in representing many local non-profit businesses.
Greg and his wife, Jane, have resided in Santa Barbara for three decades, where they raised three grown children. He is very active in local philanthropic activities through his roles as a Trustee of the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara, a Trustee of Laguna Blanca School, as well as his Fellowship with the Santa Barbara Foundation.
