SANTA BARBARA, CA – A local investor has purchased 18 Anacapa St, a mixed-use property in Santa Barbara’s “Funk Zone” neighborhood, listed for $8,950,000. The three-story building totals 13,215 square feet on half an acre of land, and the third floor is a 2,519 square-foot penthouse residence with panoramic ocean views. The second floor is office space, over industrial space on the ground floor.
Two of Hayes Commercial Group’s partners – Steve Hayes and Francois DeJohn – represented the seller in the transaction.
