Experience

Naja is a commercial real estate agent specializing in the leasing and sale of office, retail, and industrial property throughout Santa Barbara and Ventura County. She represents both tenants and landlords, working with businesses ranging from local retailers and fitness studios to food and beverage operators to medical users.

Naja interned with Hayes Commercial Group throughout her final undergraduate year at UCSB, supporting brokers with property research, market data, and marketing for active listings and client transactions. She became a licensed agent in July 2026 and joined the firm full time. That hands-on start gave her a strong foundation in market research, deal analysis, and lease negotiation, along with a detail-oriented, client-first approach.

Originally from Ontario, Canada, Naja has lived in three countries before settling in Santa Barbara. Outside of real estate, she’s a certified Pilates instructor at BODYROK Santa Barbara.

Education

Naja earned a BA in Communication from UCSB. Before transferring, she graduated cum laude from College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita with three associate degrees, in Business Administration, Economics, and Liberal Arts & Sciences, along with a certificate in Accounting. Her background in business, economics, and communication supports her work in financial analysis, negotiation, and client relationships.
