Caitlin McCahill has been a central member of the Hayes Commercial team since 2008. She earned her California agent’s license in 2011 and became an Associate with the firm in 2015. Caitlin has earned a reputation for professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional client service. She has successfully represented an array of both landlords and tenants in the leasing of office, industrial, and retail space throughout the South Coast.

Caitlin began working for Hayes Commercial Group while still an undergraduate at UCSB. She gained invaluable knowledge of commercial real estate as the Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator for the firm. Caitlin has been an active agent since 2012.
