Experience
Caitlin McCahill has earned a reputation for attention to detail, market knowledge and exceptional client service for both corporate and family-run clientele. She has successfully represented clients throughout the South Coast in the leasing and sales of commercial property, including office, retail, industrial, and land. She completed 86 commercial transactions in 2016 & 2017.
Caitlin has been a central member of the Hayes Commercial team since 2008, learning the industry as listing and transaction coordinator and market researcher prior to becoming a full-time agent in 2015. While still at UCSB she learned the inner workings of running a business in the Techonology Entreprenuership Program through the College of Engineering. This versatile background adds depth to her advice and analysis, while enhancing her ability navigate complex transactions and effectively market her listings.
Caitlin is an active volunteer and recently helped raise $150k to support local at-risk youth through the Junior League of Santa Barbara, for which she sits on the Board of Directors. In her leisure time, Caitlin can be found playing beach volleyball or on her way to Mammoth Mountain.
