Experience
Prior to joining Hayes Commercial in 2023, Alex Olsen was with the Becker Group in Ventura since 1999. Within his 24 years of experience, he was instrumental in the redevelopment of downtown and mid-town Ventura through his ability to develop strong relationships between clients and the city entitlement process.
Alex has represented clients throughout Ventura County in sales of commercial property, including industrial, retail, and land. He has built an immense network that has led to the sales of prominent buildings and land through perseverance and strategic negotiation.
Alex is now based in North County San Luis Obispo, focused on high growth areas of Paso Robles and Atascadero, and continues to serve Ventura County clients. Having attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Alex is energized to be back and achieve his ambition to accelerate growth on the Central Coast by collaborating with all commercial brokers within the 805 community.
