Hayes and DeJohn win "Deal Master of 2008" award

Pacific Coast Business Times gives top honor to Hayes Commercial partners

Steve Hayes and Francois DeJohn completed the largest commercial sale and the largest lease on the South Coast in 2008. Based on their proven ability to complete successful deals on behalf of their clients, they were awarded the top honor in the 2008 Dealmakers feature in the Pacific Coast Business Times on January 23, 2008.

On top of the deals by Hayes and DeJohn, other Hayes Commercial Group partners also completed the largest commercial real estate deals of 2008. Dan Moll closed the largest industrial lease on the South Coast, and Michael Martz completed the largest retail lease in Santa Barbara.
