EXPERIENCE
Greg Bartholomew has been actively involved in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate in the greater Santa Barbara area on a full time basis since 1992. Over the past 18 years Greg has been directly involved in more than 455 transactions totaling over 5 million square feet and exceeds $600 million in transaction volume. This production makes him one of the highest producing commercial brokers in the Santa Barbara area. Greg is experienced in the representation of both Landlords and Tenants in lease negotiations. He consistently represents many of the area's larger office/R&D properties including both the Santa Barbara Business Center as well as Goleta Business Park. Greg currently represents several of the region's publicly-traded firms as well as numerous private companies.
A significant component of Greg's business plan consists of representing the many non-profit businesses in the greater Santa Barbara area.
Together with his wife Jane and their three children, Greg resides in Santa Barbara. He is very active in local philanthropic activities through his roles as a Trustee of the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara as well as his Fellowship with the Santa Barbara Foundation.
