EXPERIENCE
Christos Celmayster has been selling and leasing investment and commercial real estate in Santa Barbara County since the early part of 2002 and has built a reputation for deal production, integrity and superior client service. Christos offers a unique breadth of deal experience which ranges from investment sales, including multifamily, to large office leasing, to development sales.
Christos achieves his clients’ real estate goals by creatively applying an analytical and practical approach coupled with a personal and consultative touch. Christos is a proactive agent with expertise and peripheral vision which ensures that his clients’ properties are marketed effectively and their transactions are negotiated and managed efficiently.
Christos has been involved in the sale or leasing of over 225,000 square feet of commercial space with a total value of over $45 million. Recent transactions of note include the sale of 37 units in Santa Barbara for $4.2 Million and the leasing of 44,000 sf in Carpinteria to one of the largest office tenants on the South Coast.
