Dan Moll, one of the founding partners of Hayes Commercial Group, has represented clients in every type of commercial real estate transaction, whether it be industrial, retail, office, leasing, sales and consulting, including many of the area’s largest real estate transactions. Dan is one of the more senior commercial brokers in the greater Santa Barbara area, so he has experienced the economic highs and lows in local real estate. Dan’s professionalism is widely known in the area, as attested by the many referrals he receives each year from professional groups such as law firms, accountants, property managers, residential agents, and of course, property owners and tenants who value his win-win and professional approach to commercial real estate representation.

Experience, knowledge of the market, and being well-connected in the community are keys to Dan's success. With 25 years experience in commercial real estate, Dan is a Broker who has seen and done it all! Having completed over 800 commercial real estate transactions, he can give his clients the security that their best interests will be managed in a professional manner, as anticipation and attention to detail are emphasized. Dan has earned a very loyal client base, with some relationships extending over 20 years.

Prior to joining Hayes Commercial, Dan enjoyed 7 very prosperous years at Pacifica Commercial Realty, the oldest commercial real estate firm in Santa Barbara. Dan’s commercial real estate career began in 1985 with Sunset Company, which merged with Prudential, as he gained respect being the number one commercial agent in the firm for 14 straight years, including local and national sales awards too numerous to mention.
