Nova Sensors leases 12,719 sf building in Buellton

Solvang-based camera electronics company, Nova Sensors, is relocating its headquarters to 760 McMurray Rd in Buellton, California.  The company leased a 12,719 sf building, which offers a mixture of professional office and R&D space. Michael Martz of Hayes Commercial Group represented the landlord in the transaction.

Founded in 1998, Nova Sensors designs integrated circuits, highly-integrated camera electronics, and manufactures compact mid-wave and short-wave infrared camera systems. The company achieved 20% growth each of the last three years and was acquired by Teledyne Technologies Inc. (NYSE: TDY) in March of 2011, according to the company’s web site.

“Nova Sensors will be a great fit for this prominent freestanding building with freeway visibility,” Michael Martz said. “It’s wonderful to see Buellton become home to a successful company that is majority owned by a Fortune 500 corporation.”
